I have created forms with English as the main language and another language as an option. I have tested the second language with someone in that country, but they only see the form in English. Am I missing a step in order for my recipients to be able to select an alternate language? I have also tried testing on my own browser with the same result.

Hi Dikico,
Typeform doesn't automatically detect the user's location or browser language. The user needs to manually switch languages. By default, a language dropdown should appear on the form.
