Hiii 👋 Me and my friends are working on a new platform for no-code/automation experts to connect them with enterprise-level customers and help streamline freelance work with portfolio, invoices, payments and other free tools. You can learn a bit more here, we are still in stealth mode but are planning to launch soon. Typeform is one of our main areas of focus as per demand we are seeing in. Is it something that could be valuable for anyone here? Curious to know your thoughts!

When I use the Desktop version of Typeform (Mac, Brave browser), I had a hard time with the + Button to add content initially. I see 6 options by default but needed to scroll to see the rest of the options. There isn’t a scrollbar on the right of the popup/modal like elsewhere on the web, so I had to find out to scroll serendipitously. Seems like a big UI issue for new users and worth fixing.

We have our form integrating to other platform but often fails because user can enter a past date or with two digit year even though it’s set a four digit. Frustrating you can’t even open a support ticket as well.

Hello, have anyone implemented a digital platform in their organisation and managed to evaluate the engagement levels before and after implementation?

 I want top upgrade my account but I can not pay with my creditcard, and this is the only option.I get the message ‘Argh! Something went wrong: Payment-details.sources-error.authentication-required’I don't know what to do now since I don't see another payment method and this keeps happening.I hope to find a solution for this problem so I can upgrade my account as soon as possible. 

Hello everyone :)Please help!I have set up form in the classic builder, with a multiple choice (with multiple selection) which links to a question group for each option in the multiple choice.  When testing the form the multiple choice works ok, and allows me to fill in the information based on the options I selected.  However, other options appear that I have not selected, how do I hide these?

In order to restrict participation, I created passwords which need to be inserted to be able to proceed. I then check via logic whether the numerical password is correct.Since, there is not a good option for that, I created a question which requires a number as answer. However, when I copy&paste a password in there (similar to 8484859). It first gives an error “max characters used” and after 2-4 seconds, I can successfully submit the answer. 

Can you please explain how  typeform branding is a professional service?I am hesitant to take the professional plan as there is still typeform branding and it does not look professional service for my clients. It makes my clients think I am using a free version and they laught about it.I know your premium service removes the branding, but thrice the price is just too much for small companies like us.Let me know Pavan

Hi,I’m not able to publish a survey I made, I get this message instead. I don’t understand. I have 3 Logic Jumps in my survey, which the plan I subscribed to - Essentials- allows.Can someone help me? Hi, new to Typeform, and can’t seem to be able to set up a ‘ranking’ question, asking people to rank their answers in what’s most important to them. Is this not available in Typeform?

Hello Typeform family, I have more than enough responses on my survey and I do not know how to close the survey out to block further responses.  I must have missed something when setting up the survey, but what are the steps I should take to close it out now? Thanks!

HelloI can't make a logical jump from a text block to the completion page. In the part of creating a logical jump, it only recognizes the questions, but to the text blocks it does not give the option to choose which block to go to, and consequently it sends me to the next block.Gracias ❤️

Hey Typeform Team - Has there been any update on the timeline for Typeform being HIPAA compliant? I do FB ad lead gen for a few companies in the medical space, and folks need to find new solutions after the iOS14 sub-domain issues with competitors. Typeform would be the no-brainer form of choice if it were HIPPA compliant.Thanks!

Hello! We are having a couple issues with a form logic.In the Logic → Question Branching, some questions are not showing up (no question 10 in the image below) In the Logic → Question Branching, what can I do to for TextField questions to skip the next question (see question 11 in image below - I want to skip question 12) On some questions, we randomly get the “Submit” button rather than “Next”. It causes the survey to end abruptly.Thank you!

Hi everybody,wouldn’t it be great to have an option to limit the responses, so that one user/mailaddress can only enter once? I know that there is already a thread for that, but the proposed solution ist relatively complex. Google forms offers this as a standard feature and I would guess that many typeform users would appreciate it, too. BestLennart

Presently, the phone number field has an option to set one of the countries as default and it works in most use cases if the majority audience is from a local geaography.The User Experience can be improved if the user can have the default country code can be set dynamically from the IP Address. This would not require to store any IP Address or location into processing on server and can be done entirely client side so it would not affect any existing cookie or privacy policy. I personally have been filling forms at hackathon and I have to change country code every time I fill. It would be awesome if Typeform could fill country code for me from my IP location

Hi Everyone, Is there such thing as a Typeform that displays all or lots of the different features in Typeform ? I’d like to use it for potential clients or when doing demo’s so I can showcase the different features using Typefrm itself rather than a presentation. That would be great if anyone knows of such a magical form 😁
