Typeform Support Contact page not fuctioning

Does anyone know an alternate way to contact Typeform? I have a billing inquiry and the contact page/submit a form page is not working.

    so the issue might be between your machine and the Typeform server connection..

    Thank you for your reply. I’m still having issues. I’ve tried on two different computers, iPhone both on wifi and cellular data. Still no good.

    hi ​@pointx36 I believe there were some issues with the support page last week, which I’m hoping have now been resolved, but if you still need to reach out to them you can use this form to get in touch instead.
