Hello everyone.

I have a problem with a typeform I am trying to build.

I want to calculate the number of weeks a women has left to get an abortion and show that number on the last screen.

So I asked the question in which week of pregnancy the woman is.

Then based on the country she is in, I want to let her know how many weeks she has left to get an abortion legally.

Is there a way to do a calculation inside a question, so that I don’t need to build a thank you screen for each possible number of weeks.

For example:

A woman is in her 5th week of pregnancy and I know she is from Germany.

In Germany abortion is legally possible until week 14 of pregnancy.

So I can calculate 14-5 = 7

So can I let her know: “You have 7 weeks left to get an abortion”, without having to build a separate thank you screen for each number of weeks?

Something like: “You have (14-score) weeks left to get an abortion”

Thanks in advance

Daniel

Hey,

Use logics : Go to Logics, Advanced, Branch & Calculation, and on your last step add your calculation

H @daniel - As @RémiZ mentioned, you can setup the calculations in the Logic section of your form. :)

At the end of the form, you can use the recall feature by simply typing

@

and then you’ll see a list of questions appear to which you can recall the variable that you’re adding the calculations to. We also have a handy article here that can walk you through creating calculations, too!

Let me know if you have any troubles setting that up.

@RémiZ Thanks for the reply.

However, I don’t have the new builder yet.

I read, that it will be rolled out gradually.

Does anyone know how long it could take, until I can use it?

Hi @daniel - our product team is working on rolling it out as fast as they can to all accounts by the end of Q1, so hopefully not much longer!
