Hi everyone, I am using typeform to create subscription forms for trainings.
As people subscribe, I need them to agree with the terms of the subscription : that they give me the right to use their image (photos from the training for marketing use, for example) and that they agree with how the training is going to be organized.
Is there a way to add a ‘’check box’’ at the end of the form like ‘’when subscribing to this training, I agree to …. check’’.
