In my generated report, specific questions are left out of PDF export or print even though they are not hidden online. Specifically, two matrix questions and open ends. Any ideas?

Ah, yes. Totally overlooked by yours truly, of course. As long as I know “that’s the facts,” then it’s totally not frustrating! LOL. Trying to make it work when it’s impossible can be the contrary. Thanks for pointing this out. Ramping up many more surveys for ‘23, so I’m glad to have my story straight. Happy Monday to you, too!

you can then use a tool like Document Studio - an add-on for Sheets - to create the pdf and mail it out for you..
