Hi, I need help with Klaviyo integeration I have made a form in Klaviyo Just a quick example is here 

What type your hair is? 

  • Dry Damaged 
  • Oily

So what I want here is if some one selects Oily Hair this feature should be added to users’ profile as a property instead of just additional info. 

I talked to Klaviyo and they said only Type Form can do it at their end, otherwise this info will remain in the Additional info section instead of Property Attribute. ( with property attribute I can segmentize users based on their hair types and send them emails accordingly.)

While we sadly don’t have any control over fixing this integration (as it was built by Klaviyo), our integrations team has reached out to Klaviyo for feature requests we receive regarding the integration. In the meantime as a workaround, I would suggest using Zapier to send the data between platforms. Hopefully that helps a bit!
