I sent an email to Typeform Support about 3 weeks ago about an account issue regarding a previous account that i'm trying to get access to. I haven’t heard back and I am wondering if there was someone else who could help me with this problem.

my understanding is that they prioritize requests as they come in and the submitted form is the proper path.
