Hola, necesito su ayuda para cancelar mi plan anual y que se realice el reembolso ya que cuando hice el pago la plataforma indicaba que este será prorrateado durante el tiempo del uso de la plataforma. Pero no fue así y se me cobro el valor total del año en un solo pago. Ahora mi tarjeta esta vacía, por favor su ayuda con la cancelación y reembolso.

If you haven’t already, you will need to contact the billing support team via this link. We don’t have access to your account here in the Community so won’t be able to help with refunds.

I paid for 1 monthly package on typfom and my card was charged for 3 packages instantly, I need a refund for the 2 packages that I didn't request!
