Typeform payments policy!!

We have been charged our annual Typeform fill, as far as I know, I haven´t bee notified in advance to see if we wanted to renew, I find this not good, moreover, the email is only to be found if I log in into the platform, it is not emailed. Finally, the most important question, we are a UK business, we weren´t charged VAT by Typeform last year, why this year have we been charged with 20% VAT? What has it been the difference, I look forward to an answer.

I have tried to find some contact details for Typeform and has none, this is highly irregular.
