I only needed to do one survey for one project in July. I swear I cancelled my subscription when it was done, but my boss just came to me and said we were billed for August and when I logged into my account I see it is still active and they are about to bill us for September too! So I try to cancel, but when I get to the end of your survey, the cancel button is grayed out! I also am unable to delete my payment method. I am also unable to instant chat with you bc I only had the basic plan. I hope to have a prompt cancellation AND a refund of the two months I didn’t even want or use.
Seriously.
