Does anyone know why when I go under the “share” tab and copy the link via email...when I send the link to myself to test, the form is already filled out with answers..? I created a proposal questionnaire form - 1 form meant to service many. How is it that prefilled answers are showing up?

suggest you run the test, submit your answers, then clear your cache and try again .. just to see. also check from an incognito browser session.
