Self-notification emails coming through twice?

I have had a form running for years with the self-notification emails coming through just fine. I recently added a new question to the form and published. Now the self-notification emails are coming through twice for every completed form.

 

I’ve checked in the ‘new’ Folllow-ups actions and there is only one Follow up set with one action to “Notify myself / team via email”

Any solutions to this?

Hi @3dperson Oh that’s definitely odd and not normal. I would suggest reaching out to our support team here so they can log into your account and see if this happens to be a bug. Just be sure to provide them with the URL of the form you’re experiencing the issue with!
