Anyone know a way I can lookup the email domain that someone fills in and use that to lookup and set a variable to their full company name? I have that info in an Excel sheet currently, but could put it somewhere else if needed.

I’m afraid we don’t have a way to reference an outside database, so you would need to have all of that information within the form.
