Since new features on the results, Xlsx downloads are missing a lot of data for me

Hi All,

Since new features on the results table, xlsx downloads are missing a lot of data for me… All the opinion scale answers are missing in the Excel file. (same thing for CSV by the way!)

Did anyone experience that? did you have a solution for that issue?

 

Any help for that please.
