I’m receiving the following email saying the integration deleted. It would automatically remove integration even after I’ve added toggle on. This was not an issue earlier, but it started happening yesterday.
This typeform collects images and videos from the respondents. Is there a possible link with the type of responses? Or is it a different issue?

It seems that the reason is that the Google Sheet underlying your form has been deleted - according to the message you got.
I got a similar message about an integration that had been disabled and message the support team as well to see what the issue was.
