Help with Teams Channel Notifications

Hi there,

 

We had our Typeform set up to send email to a Microsoft Teams channel once it had been completed. This was working fine until about 2:00 AM this morning (EST). Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem and what the fix might be.

    Hi @SYork Thanks for stopping by the community! Was this through the notifications feature within Typeform? If so, are any of those emails being sent to the spam inbox by chance?

    Have you checked your spam inbox to see if the emails notifications are being sent there? If not, then can you send more details about this issue? 😉
