504 Error while trying to download the results

Hello,

I would like to know if someone else experienced the 504 error while downloading the results.

Since 2 days I am trying to download the results in Excel but it’s impossible.

I get this message.

504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.

Someone can help me please?
