Hello Videoask Team,

 

I'm trying to do 2 things...

1. Have my buttons show up on the VA even before it's played; and

 

2. The current buttons are transparent with green text. How do I get the buttons to use solid white background instead of being transparent?

Hi @aftab, I hope you’re doing well!

  1. Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to display buttons/answer choices before the play button is clicked. 
  2. And here’s a step-by-step walkthrough of how to change your videoask’s colors (e.g. button background)

    We can add the first point to our feature request board, it’d be great to learn a bit more about how you’re using VideoAsk so we can give some contest to the product team on why it would be helpful to see the buttons before the video plays - feel free to share anything here 😊
