Integration with Sendinblue

Hello, 

I just embedded a Typeform code in my future email campaign. In the preview mode it’s perfect but then when i send the test mail the colors change (and question is no more visible). Could you help me with that ?

    Hi @Diane.F Thanks for stopping by the community! This most likely has to due with the CSS settings in your email service provider overriding what we put in our emails. 

    Could you share a screenshot of the code you entered into your email?

    Thanks, @Diane.F ! This all looks correct. I’m guessing this has to do with the styling in the email. Could you try embedding only this code in an email with nothing else to see if the same issue applies? 

    If it doesn’t, you’ll then want to reach out to SendinBlue support to see if they can help with the CSS issues for the other email.
