quick question again:
Is it possible to have a Videoask step with two answers of which only one of the answers enables the request for the contact form and the other answer can be a “go back” link without triggering the contact form?
Background is: for the step where I need to ask for the contact detail of the user it wouldn’t make any sense to add another step separately.

Funnily enough, I was thinking the same thing when I was creating a videoask last week!
It’s not possible to set the contact form to only appear on one multiple choice option. If it’s toggled on for that step then it will appear after they answer clicking either option. You would need to create an additional step for collecting contact details as you suggested.
I’ll definitely add this to our feature request board. We’ve already got a couple of related requests actually, like a contact form as a step and a back button request too so I’ll link to those.
Will let you know if these make it onto the roadmap
