Could you please clarify what images you're referring to? Are these pictures you've collected from respondents? Or these are images from picture choices/design of your form? If you could share a screenshot showing what you can see on your end, that would be super helpful too!

i did have a notification that there was database maintenance that occurred overnight and was completed a while back.. that could potentially interrupted access
