My thumbnail isn’t showing when i copy and paste the link. It only shows the typeform one. I’ve tried everything and wanted to send this out today as its already late. I’ve paid for a basic plan which i thought would cover my basic needs (this being one of them) It’s allowing me to change the thumbnail but, the issue comes when i come and paste. Please can you help as it looks really unprofessional with the typeform generic thumbnail. Thanks

+1Hi @gabygabygaby, I have the same issue, already for the second time. I’m waiting already for 6 days for this problem to be solved but nothing so far. Ik have 35 video’s waiting to be send and can’t do anything right now. It’s my work, I am really annoyed and nervous about it. Were you able to fix this problem 8 months ago? If yes, please tell me how.

as per your other thread, where i have also responded, if you have set the metadata information properly in your typeform, then the issue is with the other platforms and not Typeform.
change the details on the Share tab -
