Urgently need help here.

Set up multiple forms, which are embedded via the html, and sent in emails (via Mailchimp)

Everything looks good, but you just cannot start the form, the only clickable button which works is the ‘powered by type form’

Hi @tom001 thanks for the link. This is an expected behaviour, unfortunately we cannot use forms inside an email, so what we do is that we link to the actual form. Depending on the first field of the form, some user will be able to start the form from email, for example if you use a multiple choice, a ranking, opinion scale or rating field, then the user will be able to click on it and when the form opens in the browser, we will preselect the answer. This is not possible for some fields like the text field you are using, because email code does not accept forms and text inputs, with those fields the user is able to start the form by clicking on the input or the button, but they won’t be able to input text inside the email.

However the user should be able to click directly in the input or the button and open the form, but you said that the only working link is the “‘powered by type form’” is that correct? Are you able to click the button or the input and open the form? If not let Us know and we will look at it ASAP.

Have a look at our help center to see which fields are valid to use in email (it should always be the first field in your form).

I hope this helps

Thanks
