We send out the same survey once a month to a random group of our customers, about 20% of them per month. I would like to know if we can track NPS and other answers by week or month (or selected period). In this manner we can see trends or can see the entire year together at year end.

Hi @Ross thanks for stopping by! When you’re viewing the results summary, you should be able to narrow down by week/month/whatever time frame you’d like. Is there a particular way you’d like to see the data or receive it? This will help me provide some further suggestions!
