Hi! Does anyone know why my type form would only publish one slide of my 10 question survey?

Hi @Lucy Welcome to the community! :) Do you have any logic jumps on your form? Additionally, if any changes to the form have been made, but the publish button hasn’t been clicked, you’ll want to be sure to click the publish button to see the changes reflected on the live form.
