I want to add one last question, after 3 different “Thank you screen”. I try to put a logic jump, but it tells that this type of question does not allow it.
I attached an image:
I want to add ( Orange # 11 question) from the previous options of different scores.
I appreciate an answer if anyone has already had this same situation

Your best bet is to use Statement Questions as your next-to-last options then the thank you screen.
this way you would be able to do all the calculations and present the user the appropriate findings/results you want and then send them to the thank you.
