Data missing from results

Hi,

I have a typeform questionnaire with 8 responses, when I look at the results page some of the data that was previously visible in the first data field has now dissapeared, is this a bug with Typeform and can my data be restored?

I have tried to download the data to excel but it’s not showing there either.

Hi @LW2022 Were any of the questions edited and/or deleted? If so, this is expected behavior, and our article here has some best practices for editing a live form.

Hi @Liz sorry to comment on this old question but I have a very similar problem, yesterday I was able to see all my responses in the results section but now all of them are just showing a dash or saying “no response”, I did notice this happens when I edit the form from the create api, even though no change has been made at all, all the json data sent is exactly the same but the fact of sending a put request to update it makes the answers disappear, is this something I can avoid?

Hi @neovldz Thanks for stopping by! If any edits were made to the questions, then this would remove the results. You can read more about editing a form that’s already collecting responses here.
