Follow-ups

Notifications were once easy to find and execute.  Now, I can’t find the path even with searching the community.  Where the hell have follow-ups/notifications gone?  This is the most basic thing that I want to do and it is completely obscured to me.  Please make notification/follow-ups an OBVIOUS option somewhere logical an intuitive at the top level of the Typeform design process.  I just wasted 20 minutes searching for them.

Hi ​@john.desborough 

I’ve looked in that section under the gear and there is strangely no Follow-ups button to be found.

Is Follow-Ups the same as Messages (Workflow > Automations > Messages)? Or are those two separate features? I do have access to Messages just not sure if that’s a separate feature or what Follow-Ups has been renamed as…

When I try to use Messages to send the summary of one question to the person who filled out the form, I’m given a message that says Email editing temporarily disabled

I’ve also read that Zapier handles integration with Gmail. Is it possible this feature has been removed from Typeform and is now handled via integration with Zapier and Gmail?
