I subscribed to Typeform through my GitHub student developer pack last year (only for one month). And today I received an email notifying me that I was charged with $520. Since I am a student at University of Pittsburgh and do live on budget, I will not be able to afford it. Could you please help me get a refund? I already left a query to the Billing team.

Given that it is the weekend, the turn around time may be a little slower, depending on the other tickets for similar services that they are facing.. They should get back to you Monday at the latest
