Phone Number Box Doesn't Appear on Mobile

Hi all,

For some of the people who are on my typeform, they are unable to see the box where they’re supposed to enter their phone number into when they are on mobile. They can see the question but there is no place for them to enter the number. Can someone please help me with this?
