Hi there - wonder if someone can help.
I’m running a survey and have found that a certain question works fine for lots of people (I’m getting responses and I can answer the question myself) but if one particular person responds they get kicked out of the survey. It’s a simple short text question. Could this be something to do with the device that this individual is using? Any help or similar experiences would be very welcome.
