Type loading slowly

Thanks, @ysampat ! The form loaded in a few seconds for me. 

One thing I noticed is that the form isn’t embedded using our direct code, which could be causing the delay. Could you try embedding the form on your website by adding the code directly on the site versus using other services, such as Google Tag Manager, to see if that solves the loading issue? 

@Liz  i think we have embedded the form using direct code. Can you share a video on this? I might be missing something.
