Searching for survey template ranking favorite courses

I have a monthly membership that offers one fundraising workshop a month.  Every year I survey my members with approx. 15 -20 different topics and the top 12 winners are the course curriculum.  Last year I had a terrible time with my survey and I’m searching for a survey template that will compile topic results ranked by popularity.   Any templates out there?

Hi @Rachel Muir Happy Thursday! I hope you’re having a good one. We have a couple different poll templates here, though I don’t think any of them have a popularity option in them. So I can help guide you a bit better, are you looking to include a question in the form that has a ranking option for people to essentially vote on their favorite courses, like with a ranking question? Or anything in particular you can share about your ideal format would be great!
