Quality of the background image

Hi,

 

I looked at few topics with the same issue as mine, I tried some changes but it shows the same quality every time, the background looks blurry.

 

I tried 2 resolutions

1680x1050 74ko

5040x3150 284ko

Additionally, are there any browsers/devices you notice the blurriness happening more often than others?
