No responses on my survey

Hi,

We have sent a survey out in an email using adobe, the survey went live at the end of last week and we are concerned there is a technical issue as it hasn’t had any responses. What can we do to check everything is ok?

    Have you tried sending the email to yourself and filling out the form? That will be the best way to check if the email and form itself is working. :grin:

    Hi @bella.moore! I was wondering if you were able to follow Liz's suggestion to send the email to yourself and filling the form? Let us know if you did and if it worked! Hoping it did! :wink:
