Custom Fields from a Deals are not pulling over active campaign crm

I can’t seem to figure out what the issue could be, when I submit my typeform, some custom fields in active campaign crm are not populated? even during mapping those fields were not available, how do I add them or go about solving this?

@NancyM - the integration to AC was built by the folks over at AC ..  you might want to raise a ticket over there as well. Typeform doesn’t have control over what fields AC campaign will present for the mapping.
