Customer service ticket isn't sending


I want to flag an urgent ticket at the customer service but get a notification that there’s an error and I can’t send in my ticket.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Due to lay-out, we accidently chose a yearly instead of monthly plan. Since we're still in the 1st month, I want to request a switch to the monthly subscription, please. Thank you for your understanding and wishing for a nice future business collaboration.

@Matt_22 @delawareconsulting  - just a note that if you get an error in Typeform at any time, you can check to see if there is an issue/outage at status.typeform.com - they did post a note this morning that there was an issue.. you can also sign up for alerts there as well..
