Multiple Choice for User Driven Inputs (e.g., leaving the multiple choices blank

Hi there, I’m looking for a way to have a user respond to a question about activity that they engaged in. Instead of them specifying via short form and having the user input in a variety of formats. I’d like to have the user be able to input each activity into their own multiple choice selection.

Is it possible to have the user write in their answers to the ‘blank’ multiple choice boxes?

Thanks!

Hi @kellieo Happy Monday! I hope you’re having a great week so far.

We don’t have a feature that would allow the respondent to enter in numerous multiple choice options, I’m afraid. I think the closest thing you could do would be to have a few short text questions and use logic jumps to show only the amount that apply (by first asking how many they would like to enter).
