My client recorded a 3-minute response that crashed upon uploading. Where is it stored and is there a way to retrieve it?

If a response video crashed during the upload I don’t think there’s a way to retrieve it, did a response appear in your VideoAsk inbox at all? Sometimes the audio will pull through without the video, and there could be a way to get the raw video file but it depends on the transcoding of the video during upload.
