billed for the wrong subscription


I changed back to basic subscription in December 2021.  The old amount was just taken out of my account as if I never changed my subscription.  It showed that I would be charged 29$ starting January 5, 2022.  I want a refund and my subscription changed.

I see how I can reach the billing department.  Why is it so difficult to reach out to them?
