Questions missing from export

Hi @glikeness Was the question updated/changed at all? If so, this could affect the export. If not, are all the changes to the form published? 

The “Published” button is greyed out, so I believe that it is.

Quite possibly. I’m still refining the survey with the client.

Hi @glikeness Ah, that would definitely cause the issues you’re seeing. Once the changes have been completed, I would then suggest deleting the integration and re-adding it. 

Thanks for the advice. To be clear, what do you mean by ‘the integration’?

I believe she meant your integration with Excel, @glikeness 😊
