Hi, I don’t understand how people can skip required questions. I checked the logic jump and it looks good. Any idea?

think of it this way - along the paths you want to take the user, you should make the questions for that path mandatory. The question has to be presented to the user in order for the ‘mandatory’ to take effect.
example - two paths of logic (similar to yours) with an email in one path that is mandatory but email is not in the other path, instead it is contact form. both are marked mandatory. in one journey, the user will be asked for the email and in the other the contact details. but the user will not see both even though they are marked as mandatory
