Webcam recording crackling sound

Hi,

I am trying to record a video using the webcam in Firefox.

The recorded sound is terrible with a lot of crackling noise.

Has anyone experience this? I Have tried multiple times and the webcam is 100% fine as I use it for meetings all the time.

Hi @Nicolae!

Sorry to hear that you’re encountering some audio issues with your webcam.

I’d recommend using VideoAsk in Google Chrome, as that browser seems to work best.
