Deleting automated code at bottom of notify respondents email.

I set up this automated email response and it works fine. The only weird thing is that it adds a weird code at the bottom that seems to be coming from nowhere? How do i delete this?

Hi @CIGAR.AGENCY The post below explains this in a bit more detail! It’s not possible to delete the string of characters at the moment.
