Typeform is suck. Nobody has fixed this issue since I asked for help, even I contacted their support team. I lost my all files that it is important to me. Don’t use this tool or you will lose a lot.

Additionally, I’d also recommend continuing the conversation via email if you already have the developers assisting with the issue, as they’ll be much more help than we can be here in the community. 😀
