call multiple choice filed in all the forms

Hi,

 

I have a list of events which is happenings in this year, I want this field as multiple choice & I wanted to add this question(multiple choice) in 10 forms.

 

If i change the event date in one form, all the other 10 forms should update. 

 

We can say I need pre-saved datasnippet & call in multiple forms, do we have this option in Typeform?
