Remove year from date picker?

Hi @thatemailchick Oh this is interesting, I didn’t realize that Mailchimp didn’t allow for the year in the birthday field. While we don’t have this option in the date settings, you could use a short text or number field as a substitute instead!

Thanks for the quick reply @Liz! I tried both, but it has to be a date field in order to pass to a date field in Mailchimp. 

Hi @thatemailchick Shoot, thanks for confirming! I sadly don’t have a workaround for removing the year, but I’ll share this with the product team. I didn’t realize this was an issue either with the birthday field!

@Liz I have an update! I can confirm that the year does NOT have to be removed. I tested passing the date field with the year (MM/DD/YY), and it updated the birthday field in Mailchimp without the year (MM/DD).
