Is it possible to use old Typeform submissions as the starting point for the next submission?

Hello,

We have a use case where our target group (startups) submit an application form from time to time, e.g. 3 times per year. The application form (in Typeform) will always have the same structure. Our target group is annoyed that they cannot use their previous submission as the basis for their next submission, i.e. they have to fill in the same information again and again. In an ideal world they would only need to update certain fields, e.g. current financial information. Is there a profile mechanism or any other mechanism in Typeform that would allow the user to receive a magic link to their email which would then allow them to use their old Typeform submission as a basis for the next submission?

Thanks in advance!

@Foundry - if you have all that information in your crm system, you could generate the email with the data elements in the URL to the typeform. Using hidden fields in the typeform you could then display the data elements passed to the form using @recall and ask them to provide an update if the information has changed.

Then you would reduce the amount of info that they needed to update.. just a thought..
