It is working ok now. Do you know why the URLs of my other Typeforms were changed when I upgraded my plan and downgraded? I didn’t know this would happen and I’ve set up ‘on brand’ tinyurls which are now not working as it says ‘this typeform has moved’ it’s not a good landing page have a look at this one https://www.tinyurl.com/boostyourburlesque can the original URLs be restored to the original ones? Why does a payment upgrade of a plan change URLs? I need to add FB pixel and pay for that, will this again change the URLs of all my forms?

Hi @Priscilla_Sapphira If you were on a plan that allowed for a custom subdomain, this would be removed when you downgrade your account and thus change the URLs. 

Hello, I don’t believe I had the custom subdomain is there anyway to restore the former URLs if we ask the tech people nicely? It’s wreaking havoc with my tinyurls and I’ve had to change them but they are no less on brand. Can we check if I had said subdomain customisation before as I don’t think i did but I could be wrong. However, restoring the old URLs would be essential for my beauty sleep. Can someone help?

Hi @Priscilla_Sapphira We’re not able to see your plan information here, but you can contact the support team here, as they can see your account information. Though, if you’ve downgraded to a plan that doesn’t have this feature, you would need to upgrade again to obtain a custom subdomain. 

Ok I have submitted this. Is it possible to have a hyperlink within the Typeform pages? Or only at the end on the end screen?
